Для того, чтобы оформить Group rate в гостинице (информация о
гостинице - ниже), нужно сообщить, хотя бы приблизительно, необходимое
количество комнат и даты заселения/выселения (например, с пятницы по
воскресенье, с субботы по понедельник, и т.д.)
</p>

<p>
Пожалуйста, сообщите мне (лично, на адрес <a href="mailto:koshka37@gmail.com">koshka37@gmail.com</a>),
сколько человек из вашей команды планирует поселиться в гостинице,
количество комнат и даты.

от гостиницы ходит их собственный автобус:

 <li> каждые 30 минут - до станции Sullivan Sq
 <li> по расписанию  - до разных точек, включая MIT
</ul>

Вопрос "централизованного" расселения решился следующим образом:
для заинтересованных организован group rate в гостиницe

Two Doubles - Non-Smoking $109.00.
All rates are subject to the applicable and appropriate taxes and fees
at the time of the event, currently a 5.7% Massachusetts State
Occupancy Tax and 4.0% City Occupancy Tax.

<p>
Beyond single/double occupancy, each additional person charge is
twenty dollars ($20.00) per adult per room per night.
</p>

<p>
The Cut-off Date for accepting reservations into this room block is
Monday, March 24, 2008, five (5) days prior to Arrival.
Reservation requests received after 5:00 PM local time at the Hotel on
the Cut-off Date will be accepted based upon Group Room availability.
After the Cut-off Date, the Hotel reserves the right to release for
general sale any unused portion of the room block.

<p>
Reservations will be made by Individuals by calling the Reservations
Department at 1-617-628-1000. Attendees must refer to ***Boston Tea
Party***. Reservations must be received on or before the specified
Cut-off Date and Time. If there is a problem, contact Gary Orswell at
617-616-1971.

<p>
The Hotel Check-In time is 4:00 PM. Guestroom assignments prior to
that time are based upon availability. Hotel Check-Out time is 12:00
PM (noon).
</p>

<p>
Please, note that the cut-off date for reservations is MARCH 24th.
