Для того, чтобы оформить Group rate в гостинице (информация о гостинице - ниже), нужно сообщить, хотя бы приблизительно, необходимое количество комнат и даты заселения/выселения (например, с пятницы по воскресенье, с субботы по понедельник, и т.д.)
Пожалуйста, сообщите мне (лично, на адрес koshka37@gmail.com), сколько человек из вашей команды планирует поселиться в гостинице, количество комнат и даты.

Two Doubles - Non-Smoking $109.00. All rates are subject to the applicable and appropriate taxes and fees at the time of the event, currently a 5.7% Massachusetts State Occupancy Tax and 4.0% City Occupancy Tax.
Beyond single/double occupancy, each additional person charge is twenty dollars ($20.00) per adult per room per night.
The Cut-off Date for accepting reservations into this room block is Monday, March 24, 2008, five (5) days prior to Arrival. Reservation requests received after 5:00 PM local time at the Hotel on the Cut-off Date will be accepted based upon Group Room availability. After the Cut-off Date, the Hotel reserves the right to release for general sale any unused portion of the room block.
Reservations will be made by Individuals by calling the Reservations Department at 1-617-628-1000. Attendees must refer to ***Boston Tea Party***. Reservations must be received on or before the specified Cut-off Date and Time. If there is a problem, contact Gary Orswell at 617-616-1971.
The Hotel Check-In time is 4:00 PM. Guestroom assignments prior to that time are based upon availability. Hotel Check-Out time is 12:00 PM (noon).
Please, note that the cut-off date for reservations is MARCH 24th.
